Our Story
Ummah Connect
Your halal food and masjid finder
Ummah Connect was born from a simple idea. Our community deserves a place where we can support one another, uplift local businesses, and stay connected no matter where we are. As Muslims, we know how important it is to find reliable halal food, a welcoming masjid, or a space that feels like home. Yet for many people, this information is scattered, outdated, or hard to find.
That is why we built Ummah Connect.
What started as a small project quickly grew into a mission. We wanted to create an app that brings the Ummah together in a meaningful and practical way. Our first step was building a platform that shows verified halal restaurants and local masjids in your area. Users can share reviews, support local Muslim-owned businesses, and help each other discover the best places to eat, pray, and gather.
But this is only the beginning. Ummah Connect is more than an app. It is a growing community dedicated to helping each other, spreading goodness, and building something lasting for future generations. Our long-term vision is to expand beyond maps and directories. We want to provide services, resources, and tools that strengthen the Ummah socially, spiritually, and economically. Even our merchandise and apparel are designed with purpose, as proceeds go back into supporting community projects and those in need.
We built this platform with sincerity and love for our Ummah. Every feature, every update, and every idea is created with the goal of making life easier, more connected, and more meaningful for Muslims everywhere.
This is our story, and we're only just getting started.
Together, we can build something truly impactful.
